Dear Ward 4 residents,

It is with great pleasure that I write the highlights and my insights after the first 100 days of my tenure. As I look back at those first few months as your councilman, it has not only changed my life, it has also changed my perspectives and created lasting impressions. I am reminded of the commitment and dedication of so many residents of ward 4, and the accomplishments we’ve achieved. Through the participation in Florissant’s Boards and Commissions, constant contact with city employees and elected officials, we are moving forward to make our city a better

place to work, play and live. Two developers have been chosen for new projects;

the first at New Halls Ferry and Parker Road.

The other next to Lowe’s at New Halls Ferry and Lindbergh. Both projects will bring not only jobs to our area but

new tax dollars too. I am confident with the recent economic uptrend, we will all benefit from the improved liquidity in the property market. Since January Ward 4 has sold 87 homes, this includes houses sold as well as rentals.

As your councilman I will continue to do everything I can to earning your trust and providing you with the greatest services of any municipality. There is more to learn and much to do for the challenges that lie ahead.

A special thanks to those residents that have served on those boards and commissions.
